Dazzling shades of pink and purple light up the sky reflecting off the Gulf of Mexico to create a spectacle at the end of the day. What is it that treats us to these fleeting yet wondrous twilights in our fair city? This radiant event is caused by a phenomenon known as scattering. The molecules in the atmosphere along the Gulf Coast change the direction of light rays. The scattering of light rays affects the color cast across the sky. Congratulations to all of our hard-working Realtors who completed the Dale Carnegie program! It is inspiring to see these professionals so dedicated to refining their skills in order to better serve their clients.

Guests often wonder why the views on Pensacola Beach aren't littered with high-rise condominiums like most Gulf Coast towns. This is due to the fact that the DCA (Department of Community...

[caption id="attachment_82992" align="alignnone" width="3338"] Historic North Hill Illustration by Emily Woodson[/caption] From Fort George Memorial Park to West Blount Street, North Hill is steeped in history! Pensacola has been hot property since the 1700's and it's no surprise considering the paradise we call home. Homes built in the Historic North Hill neighborhood date back as far as 1884. Many of these homes have been miraculously preserved and meticulously restored by passionate individuals in our community! What is it that makes these extraordinary houses so charming? The first thing you notice when you approach structures like the Historic E. W. Menefee House is the grandeur! "Square fluted columns and crown molding is often the...
